Half non-refundable retainer due at booking, balance due the day prior to the session
All session reschedules are limited to weekdays Monday - Thursday only
400 mile round trip limit - Travel fee will apply at $75/hr. outside of Zip Code 80620
High resolution digital galleries are delivered within 2-4 full business weeks via email
Client is responsible for parking/location fees or permits
Client Closet - A complimentary service available for moms and kids under 5 yrs.

High country locations are in peak color mid to late September. Please book early if you are hoping for foothills or a mountain session!
Eastern plains and low country are in peak season late September and beginning to mid October.
Weather patterns, such as early frosts or warm spells, can shift these windows slightly
Please note that peak foliage is weather-dependent and can vary from year to year. Vibrant colors are a beautiful bonus when they align with our shoot, but we’ll create gorgeous images regardless of the season’s timing!
