Lifestyle Photography is emotive based. Capturing you and your loved ones in a natural state, with a candid yet thoughtful approach. Organic connection is so important to my work, please show up ready to love on one another in every sense. These storytelling sessions lend an opportunity for vulnerability, authenticity and genuine emotion.

I am honored to tell your story.

You will rarely look at me and most times will be interacting as if I am not there. Please remember to tell everyone (including yourself) to relax and let me guide the session. I promise I'll tell you if something is wrong. Trust me to take care of you and get the best images. Use this time to unwind and feel beautiful, just be with your family. Use this time to simply exist for a little while and soak in all of them and all of their love. It's my job.

~ LITTLES ~ Sometimes this means a timid kiddo, or an enthusiastic go-getter! Either way we celebrate and capture children best AS THEY ARE. Remember to relax and just have fun, I will pose and guide you the entire session as needed but we will also spend the majority of the time letting your family enjoy one another❤ When it comes to kids it’s important to give them a positive experience and enjoy them. Some kids have a harder time loosening up in front of the camera as well as a stranger, trying to keep the mood light and fun is really important. I will encourage you to interact with your little and keep the mood as light as possible!~The less pressure, the better!~ (I encourage parents to try and let go and remember these sessions are supposed to be fun but also keep in mind I do need to get those smiles on me at some point!) Coverage is key, please make sure if you plan to dress your child in a dress or skirt of any kind that they are covered appropriately as their will be lots of movement! *** always have extra clothes on hand - accidents happen! Make sure your kids are comfortable in their outfits and this includes you: comfy=happy

TIMING: Promptness is KEY so please plant arrive at least 10 minutes before your set session time. Please consider unforeseen factors such as traffic, fuel, accidents etc.

PETS: Pets are welcome during the session if they are well behaved and leashed the entirety of the shoot and allowed at the location. Please remember drinking water for your pup if you choose to include them.

LATE ARRIVALS: Any time past 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show/cancellation and your retainer will be lost. To retain and book another date you will need to pay another retainer fee. Your initial retainer will cover the lost date, time and travel of the photographer.

Maternity sessions are best scheduled 32-36 weeks along to ensure we don't schedule too close to your due date, but that your far enough along to show off your baby bump.

**SUNSHINE IS NOT ALWAYS A GUARANTEE AND BEAUTIFUL IMAGES CAN BE CREATED WITH ANY WEATHER**

Reschedules must be based on both party agreement of bad weather conditions such as rain, hail or snow at the photographer’s discretion. Any other circumstance aside from illness will be considered a cancellation. ~

Photo Delivery: Your images will be available to download in high resolution via a digital gallery system. For safe storage I recommend a flash drive, SD card, hard drive or other physical storage device. For best print quality do not order prints off of mobile phones but directly from your storage device or computer.
